BLUEBERRY PROTEIN JOGURT

This is by far the easiest recipe I have ever made. But it tastes amazing! And it’s literally a protein bomb! I eat this almost after every workout. So should you!

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200g Greek Jogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla
  • frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Microwave frozen blueberries until unfreezed. Mash the berries with a spork.
  2. Mix Greek Jogurt with protein powder. Then mix in the mashed berries.
  3. Decorate with some more blueberries.
  4. Enjoy!
