- 150g Greek Jogurt
- 150g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- sieved tomatoes
- low fat grated cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 390°F.
- Mix Greek Jogurt, flour, egg, baking powder and oil.
- Roll out the dough very thinly, add sieved tomatoes, grated cheese and toppings of your choice.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
