Usually I eat porridge for breakfast. At least on week-days. You can prepare it so fast and it keeps you satisfied until lunch. It’s nutritious. And – that’s the most important aspect for me personally – it tastes great. There are sooo many various options and toppings to enjoy your porridge with. I already posted a recipe for a chocolate version. But what does everyone love besides chocolate? Right, peanut butter! At least I do. So here is my recipe… for a delicious and nutritious peanut butter banana oatmeal! Perfect for busy mornings!
Ingredients
- oatmeal
- milk/water
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix oatmeal with milk or water. Simply choose the amount that you are able to eat, no need to weigh. Microwave for 3 minutes, then mix.
- After that put the peanut butter into a small bowl and microwave for about 20 seconds. That will melt the peanut butter and turn it into a delicious and creamy sauce.
- Cut the banana and put on your porridge. Then pour the peanut butter sauce on top (that’s my favourite moment of my mornings)

- Enjoy! And have a great and productive day!
