Brownies…in a diet… yes, it is possible! Of course they don’t taste exactly like normal brownies, but they also have 3 times less calories. You can enjoy normal brownies as a treat but you can eat these as a healthy meal. Still they are brownies and they taste awesome!
Don’t be afraid of adding an avocado into a brownie dough. It sounds strange, but you won’t be able to tell there’s an avocado in it when it’s done. And as probably all of you know, avocados are super nutritious. If you want your brownies to taste even more delicious, you can add chocolate chips. But this will also add some extra calories (but it’s worth it).

Ingredients
- 1 small Avocado
- 40g oatmeal
- 50g WHEY protein powder vanilla
- 20g cacao
- 1 egg, 2 egg whites
- optional: chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 360°F.
- Mix all ingredients and put into an baking tin.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Enjoy warm or cool!
