Avocado Toast

This breakfast is perfectly balanced. The eggs provide you with lots of protein. You get a good amount of healthy fats from the avocado. And the bread gives your body the carbs it needs to not cry for food in 30 minutes again. This breakfast will keep you satisfied until lunch, I promise.

And other important aspect (for me it’s THE most important one) : it tastes great. I would enjoy this at least once a week even if I wouldn’t care about my body. But we do care, so this is even more perfect for us.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 2 slices of ham

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Cut avo, egg and tomato into small cubes and place on your bread.
  3. If you want to add some extra protein you can enjoy this with a few slices of ham!
