“I don’t have enough time”, “it’s too expensive” or “it’s too crowded” are typical excuses for not going to the gym. “You make up excuse so you don’t feel guilty for not working out” is a theory by most of the fitness coaches out there.
This article is for everyone who is not only using such sentences as an excuse. This is for everyone who really has a damn long way to the gym or who really hates working out in the middle of a massive crowd or who’s really too shy to show up in the gym as a beginner.
To everyone who feels addressed, HERE IS THE SOLUTION. Truth is, you don’t have to go to the gym. You can work out at home. I do work out at home. Any time, how often I want, for free and I can be as loud as I feel like being while lifting up my weights. Wait… which weights?

My equipment: two dumbbells. That’s it. With two dumbbells and my own bodyweight I can train every muscle of my body. Of course, sometimes a gym with tons of sport equipment is more practical, but we have chosen to get other benefits. Here is a list:

First step you have to do is to make a one-time investment… It will pay off multiplied by 100000 times. Your health, the way you are looking and the way you are feeling in your body highly effects your overall happiness. By paying that money you are investing in your happiness and your future. So actually BE GREEDY, spend that money wisely. Be greedy for your own self-improvement, not for the money.
I recommend buying these dumbbells. Choose the weight you need. If you don’t exactly know what weight you need, no problem, it’s adjustable. As soon as your dumbbells arrive you are ready to begin your transformation!

Experts might say this is not the best way to do it and you need to train in a gym, but we don’t care about that. I do train like that since I started to work out and I always will. I saw results and I am straight on my way to my dream body. Even so called experts won’t stop me.
