These are cakes but also healthy cakes. Isn’t that amazing? I love them! They are loaded with protein and made out of healthy ingredients only, but still taste amazing and are easy to make. Give them a try.

I use protein powder in this recipe. It gives the cakes and nice sweetness and provides them with a good amount of protein. This is the one I use:

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2/3 cup low fat Jogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of WHEY protein powder vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
- Rub oats into your hands / blend in a mixer until pulverized.
- Mix all ingredients (minus the chocolate chips).
- Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the moulds and top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for ca 20 minutes. Enjoy!
