Ingredients
- 100g spaghetti (uncooked)
- 100g spinach
- 150g salmon
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp low fat cream cheese
- 2 tbsp low fat Jogurt
- planed almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
- Put the salmon on a baking sheet, add oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the spaghetti.
- Heat a pan with some oil. Chop the onion and fry. Then add spinach and fry for 2 more minutes. Add cream cheese and Jogurt and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add spaghetti into the pan and mix everything.
- Take the salmon out of the oven and serve with the spaghetti. Add some planed almonds to make it taste even better than perfect!
