Healthy apple muffins

I really love these muffins. They are made out of oats and have a slight apple taste. They are super high in protein. I love enjoying them for breakfast or as a post workout snack. You should absolutely try them!

The main ingredients are 2 apples, 2 eggs, oats and protein powder. All of these ingredients are super healthy and so is the final result.

As an extra protein source I used WHEY protein vanilla. It’s not only adding protein but also some sweetness (without adding calories). This is what I love about WHEY protein! This is the one I use:

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup low fat Jogurt
  • 1 scoop of WHEY protein vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk (of choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
  2. Grate the apples.
  3. Mix all ingredients.
  4. Bake the muffins in a muffin tin for ca. 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with fresh apples. Enjoy!
