Chicken Teriyaki Wrap

Wraps are perfect to eat on the go or to take them with you to your workplace. And they taste awesome, too! But they are not always healthy. Actually store bought wraps are usually the opposite of healthy. A fatty sauce and deep fried chicken as well as a a tortilla wrap that is loaded with tons of carbs. I wouldn’t call this a good combination. But no worries, we can fix that. I created a recipe for a HEALTHY Chicken Teriyaki Wrap. And it tastes awesome. Perfect for a balanced diet. Here is my recipe!

First of all you have to prepare the chicken teriyaki. Fry one paprika as well as one chicken breast on some oil. To that we are going to add soy sauce, honey and seasoning. The result is an unbelievable tasty flavour.

Then cut veggies and put your wrap together. Yes, it’s that simple!

Ingredients

  • 100g chicken
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 paprika
  • veggies and salad of your choice
  • low fat grated cheese
  • 1 tortilla wrap

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken together with the paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add soy sauce and honey. Set aside.
  3. Cut veggies and salad an palace it on the tortilla wrap. Add chicken and cheese and roll together.
  4. Toast in a sandwich maker or in a pan. Cut in half and wrap in aluminium foil if you want to take it away or enjoy instantly!
