Healthy Raffaello Recipe

Raffaellos are my favourite treat. Only problem is: they are freaking unhealthy. So I created a recipe of healthy Raffaellos. You won’t belive how similar they taste and how easy they are to make. You need 4 ingredients only. And every of those 4 ingredients is healthy. So this is a 100% healthy treat that tastes awesome. Get the 4 ingredients and try it out. I promise you won’t regret it!

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 50g desiccated coconut
  • 50ml evaporated milk
  • 1 scoop WHEY protein powder vanilla
  • 5 almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix coconut and WHEY with evaporated milk.
  2. Take an almond and press a tablespoon of the mixture around the almond so it forms a small ball. A little bit of liquid will come out of the Raffaello while pressing.
  3. Roll the Raffaello into some more desiccated coconut.
  4. Done! Enjoy 🙂
