Healthy Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings are my favourite fast food. I could eat them all day long. But I decided to live a healthy live style so I had to come up with healthy chicken wings. No crust made out of flour and not deep fried. But the solution was easier than I thought at first.

I made a super crispy crust out of oatmeal flour and seasoned it with salt, pepper and paprika powder. To make it even more crispy I added one tablespoon of oil. I was so surprised how perfect it was. The oatmeal crust was delicious and the meat was super soft. All in all it’s a 10/10 in my opinion. Try it out yourself!
