I love pizza and I also love sweet things so when I saw healthy pizzas on the internet I completely freaked out. I had to bake a healthy version. I found a perfect recipe and tried it out. It didn’t turn out good but the second try blew my mind. It was sooo delicious. And most importantly it was super healthy. You need only a few ingredients. Oats, protein powder and 1 egg for the dough. Frozen fruits and Greek Jogurt for toppings. That’s it. 10 minutes and you will have the pleasure to enjoy this healthy dessert. Go try it out, chances are high you already have all the required ingredients at home!

Ingredients
- 100g oat flour
- 50g vanilla WHEY
- 3g baking powder
- 1 egg
- 30ml water
- 50g Greek Jogurt
- frozen fruit of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
- Mix oat flour, WHEY, baking powder add an egg and 30ml water.
- Cut the dough into 2 pieces and form into balls.
- Roll them out on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 3-4 minutes.
- Then take out and top with fruits after defrosting them in the microwave.
- Bake for 3-4 more minutes.
- Take out and add Greek Jogurt. Serve!
