Healthy Microwave Chocolate Cake

I craved something sweet today. I didn’t have much time and I also didn’t want to leave the house because it was a rainy day so I had to make something out of ingredients that everyone always has (or should have) at home. I decided to go for a chocolate cake. I threw together a few ingredients and it turned out awful. But on my second try it was instantly perfect. Healthy, sweet and soft. Time needed: 5 minutes. Isn’t that amazing?

Here is the recipe. Try it out, you have nothing to loose but so much to win!

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 50g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100g Greek Jogurt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. Put out of the bowl and decorate. I sprinkled a mini chocolate chip cookie (30 cal) on top and melted a little bit of dark chocolate.
  4. Enjoy warm!
