How to make perfect porridge

If you are into healthy food or you are dieting currently I bet you have porridge pretty often. It’s super healthy, high in protein and it keeps you full for a really long time.

So because porridge is such a great meal, today I am going to show you how to cook it perfectly. It’s going to taste great and the consistency will be on point.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of low-fat milk

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, water and milk.
  2. Cook in the microwave for 1,5 minutes at max power.
  3. Take out and stir. Then microwave for 30 seconds again.
  4. Add toppings of your choice.
  5. And it’s already done! Enjoy!
