HEALTHY SUBWAY SANDWICH

I love subway. It’s seems to be kind of a healthy fast food because of the veggies but it is not. Not at all. The bread and the sauce contain much carbs and fats. One 15 cm sub is 600 calories… I made a sub that is 340 calories only! And it tastes freaking awesome. Try it out.

Ingredients

  • 200g flour
  • 40g oats
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 10g coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 100ml water
  • 1 tbsp mustard + 3 tbsp Jogurt + 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/360°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and form into a bread.
  3. Bake the bread for 25 minutes.
  4. Mix mustard, Jogurt and Jogurt. The product is a delicious honey mustard sauce! Goes perfectly with the honey oat bread.
  5. Take out the bread and slice. Add toppings and sauce.
