HEALTHY CHINESE NOODLES

Chinese noodles send me to heaven every time I eat a chopstick of them… wich unfortunately is not that often. Chinese noodles are super high in carbs and they are cooked with tons of oil. Not suitable into my usual eating habit. So my mission was to make them suitable. CHINESE NOODLES FOR EVERYONE, no matter what hard core diet you are rocking. Here is my version of chinese noodles… may I proudly present: HEALTHY chinese noodles!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups wok noodles
  • 3 cups frozen Asia veggies
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles.
  2. In a pan, defreeze your veggies, then take them out again.
  3. Cut the chicken into pieces, then season and fry on a small amount of oil.
  4. Add noodles and veggies to the pan. Mix everything and add soy sauce.
  5. If you want some extra protein, mix in 2 scrambled eggs.
  6. Enjoy! It tastes freaking awesome!!
