HEALTHY SIMPLE VANILLA SAUCE

I love to eat vanilla sauce with nearly every dessert. Pancakes, waffles, chocolate cake and much more. But as you know, vanilla sauce consists out of cream, milk and sugar. We don’t want to consume this and we don’t have to. I created the probably most healthy recipe ever made. 2 ingredients and 1 minute and it’s done. Believe me or not, it still tastes just as normal vanilla sauce.

To create this masterpiece you will need a secret ingredient wich is WHEY protein powder. Mix vanilla WHEY with milk and… enjoy! That’s it. The protein powder gives the sauce an amazing vanilla sauce and also sweetness. It contains low calorie sweeteners, a perfect replacement for sugar.

  • 20g WHEY protein powder vanilla
  • 50ml milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the powder with the milk.
  2. Enjoy with whatever you like!
