It’s pretty hard to find a recipe for a protein shake that tastes good and is without protein powder. Here is a recipe for a shake that I have been making for years. And I still love it. Protein powder is a great supplement but I you run out of it or you don’t want to use for whatever reason you should absolutely try out this recipe. By the way you can enjoy this shake as a breakfast, too.

Ingredients
- 150g frozen berries (of choice)
- 30g almonds
- 1 banana
- 50g oats
- 250g low fat Greek Jogurt
- 200ml milk (of choice)
- 200ml water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Pour into a glas. Enjoy cold!
