Here in Germany Pretzels are called “Brezel” and they are really popular. And they are popular for a reason – they are a delicious snack. How are they made? They basically consist out of flour. And that means: carbs, carbs and carbs! I just had to make a carb reduced healthy version. And it turned out great. Here is the recipe!

Ingredients
- 100g flour
- 120g Greek Jogurt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- salt flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Mix flour, Greek Jogurt, baking powder and egg whites.
- Form the dough into a ball using your hands. Use more flour if it sticks to your hands.
- Cut into 3 parts and roll them into long and thin stripes.
- Form into 3 Pretzels.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle salt flakes on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy your healthy snack!
